"The Dream Team"
A couple of months ago, a thought began. What if we put together a biggest loser.We could gather teams and we could exercise and compete against each other.....well it evolved into a bigger picture. What about helping just one person in our community to change their life. Well, we needed a team who were experts and willing to teach and help the participant to a healthier lifestyle.
We were able to find someone willing to take it on! :) Then our search continued to finding the perfect group of people to coach and support her. They all just seemed to fall into place. The challenge started Jan. 1, 2012 and will end May 12, 2012 for Smithfield Health Days. Our dear friend, Heidi Baxter, is going on this journey and so are the rest of us! This blog is designed for a place that Heidi can jot down her feelings and tell us how everything is going.
