As a member of Ollin Wellness I am in charge of spreading the word about what we are doing and what Ollin Wellness is all about! We found the word Ollin from a book called Aspire by Kevin Hall. The word is pronounced "ALL-IN" which is how we came up with the name of this challenge. The meaning is to do something with all your heart! We felt like Heidi would put all her heart into this. We have found a team of absolutely remarkable people that I am in awe of. They are putting their hearts into this as well and we are so excited that you are following her ups and downs as she is trying to take control of her life to live more healthy and enjoy it to the fullest!!
